My work at Gartner centers on engaging with clients, understanding their priorities, and connecting business needs with relevant research and expertise. It has challenged me to develop sound commercial judgment while strengthening how I communicate and manage relationships.

I was recognized as the top new hire in North America for my business unit and qualified for Winners Circle. I have also served as a peer mentor and completed the Aspiring Manager’s Program.

These experiences reflect both performance and the continued development of my approach to sales and leadership.

I coach Rocket League and Fortnite players, combining competitive preparation with an emphasis on communication, sportsmanship, and personal responsibility. I want players to understand their decisions and learn how to adapt, rather than rely on constant direction.

Since joining the program in 2023, I have been part of its development from a temporary setup into a dedicated competitive facility. In 2026, our players competed at nationals, where the program earned a Minecraft Bedwars national championship.

The results matter, but so does creating an environment where young people can improve, support teammates, and handle challenges constructively.
